August Construction Update: Mountain View Ridge

August is a wrap! Our team has made considerable progress this month, and we are excited to share the latest developments with you!

The roof shingles have been successfully installed, marking a significant milestone in the exterior completion of the building. The installation of Tyvek will begin right after the long weekend, further protecting the building’s exterior from the autumn elements.

Core cutting for the mechanical systems has been completed, the attic work for the mechanical and sprinkler systems are also done, and electricians are now actively working in this area.

The steel stud framing for the 2nd and 3rd floors is complete. Work is currently underway on the 4th floor, progressing right on schedule.

Cheryl sent out the selection lists to all homeowners on August 18th & 19th—we are currently awaiting sign-off confirmations from most of the homeowners. If there are any additional queries or requests regarding selections, Jignesh can personally connect with each homeowner.

September will be a busy month with several major activities planned. Rough-in work for all trades will be ongoing, Tyvek and soffit work will continue, and bathtub installations are scheduled to commence.

The project continues to move forward smoothly, with all teams working diligently to stay on track.
