December Construction Update: Mountain View Ridge

Happy Holidays! We hope your festive season was merry and bright, and we’re wishing you an early Happy New Year! By this time next year, we imagine your Social Room will be buzzing with parties, family, and new friends!

December has been full of milestones at Mountain View Ridge. The first coat of paint is complete on the third and fourth floors, with the second floor in progress. Flooring is finished in the fourth-floor suites, and the first stage of finishing carpentry is wrapped up on both the third and fourth floors.

Looking ahead to January, the team is diving into key interior tasks. The focus will be on finishing the first coat of paint on the second floor, completing cabinetry on the third and fourth floors, and installing flooring on the second and third floors, followed by the common areas on all levels. Countertop production and installation are also scheduled for the third and fourth floors, along with the second stage of carpentry and the final coat of paint on the fourth floor.

On the exterior, 90% of the siding work is complete. Deck flooring installation was finished back in September, and deck railing measurements and installation are on the schedule for January.

Fixtures like kitchens and bathrooms will start going in on the third and fourth floors next month, keeping us right on track with our revised timeline. No inspections were required this month, but the team remains focused and aligned on priorities as we head into the New Year.
