July Construction Update: Mountain View Ridge

We are thrilled to announce that 92% of our units are sold! Progress continues as the roof is now 3/4 sheathed, with shingles scheduled for installation over the next two weeks. This milestone will make the building weatherproofed - and is a pretty big deal :)

The Interior walls are being marked out and installed, while exterior waterproofing is planned to commence shortly.

This week, we will be coring holes through the concrete floors for mechanical and electrical requirements.

Important Reminder: Final selections are needed by August 9th. If we don't receive your choices by then, we will proceed with the information we have. Now is the time to cross those T’s and Dot those I’s!
