Corman Heights – Gearing Up for Spring!

A big thanks to everyone who joined us for the March 6th information session at the Days Inn in Warman! The turnout was fantastic, and the questions were insightful. We’re planning another session this spring, so stay tuned for details. Plus, there’s still one last condominium home available with pre-sale incentives—don’t miss out!

Before we can break ground, we’re finalizing plan drawings for the building permit. Once that’s secured, the construction team will be ready to roll! Contracts are being sent out, and we’re actively looking for local tradespeople to join the team. If you or someone you know is interested, let us know!

Behind the scenes, essential infrastructure work is moving along—water, sewer, storm, and road systems are in progress. Setting up both permanent and temporary power connections is also underway, which takes time but is key to keeping things on track.

As we wait for the ground to thaw, we’re also gearing up to meet with purchasers in the next month or so. This will be a chance to go over floor plans, as well as meet with our decorator and kitchen designer to finalize interior selections. More details on that soon!

We’re getting closer to breaking ground, and the Corman Heights team is excited to bring this project to life. Stay tuned for more updates!
