February Construction Update: Meadow Brook Heights

Meadow Brook Heights – Kicking Off in Brooks!

Why Brooks? It all started with a drive between Medicine Hat and Calgary. The town caught our eye as a welcoming community with a lot to offer—great restaurants, strong local involvement, and a well-established condominium market. The existing condos were fully occupied, and some even had waitlists, signaling a clear demand for new, modern, energy-efficient homes. It made perfect sense to bring our style of high-quality construction to Brooks, and now here we are!

We’re already off to a strong start, with 30% of units sold—a fantastic milestone this early in the process. Now, it’s time to spread the word even more.

Groundbreaking Ceremony – Friday, May 2
We’re officially kicking things off with a groundbreaking event, and everyone’s invited! We’d love to see our new homeowners there, along with anyone who’s been part of this journey or is interested in learning more. It’s going to be a great way to celebrate the start of Meadow Brook Heights.

Construction Timeline
We’re set to mobilize in May, which means bringing in our equipment, trailers, and crew to get everything organized. Construction officially starts in June, with completion targeted for the following summer. The great news is that the site already has water, sewer, and asphalt in place, making this build smoother and less disruptive compared to our previous projects.
