March Construction Update: Meadow Brook Heights

Meadow Brook Heights – Breaking Ground Soon!

Exciting times ahead at Meadow Brook Heights! Plans are coming together on multiple fronts, and we’re gearing up to bring everyone to the site soon. Meetings with the decorator, kitchen specialists, and project manager are in the works to finalize all the details.

Mark your calendars—the groundbreaking event is officially set for Friday, May 2, at 1 PM! Shovels, smiles, and big plans are all on the agenda. We’ll be spreading the word locally and online, so if you have any questions before the event, just reach out.

On the construction side, plans are underway to move equipment on-site, setting the stage for mobilization. While we’re still waiting on the building permit, everything is lining up, and as soon as it’s secured, we’ll be full steam ahead.

Infrastructure is already taking shape—water, sewer, and asphalt work are complete, and the six-car garage is built and standing strong. The concrete foundation team is locked in, and we’re actively looking for local tradespeople to join the project. If you or someone you know wants to be part of this build, let us know!
