March Construction Update: North Twenty Place

Things are moving full steam ahead at North Twenty Place! The roof sheathing has been finished, the waterproof membrane is firmly in place, and shingle installation is ready to go as soon as the spring thaw lets up. The siding team has also arrived on site, and installation is already well underway on the south wall.  

Inside, steel stud framing is complete in the parkade and on the second floor, and the framing team is making rapid progress on the third and fourth floors. Mechanical coring is officially 100% complete, and electrical rough-ins are moving right along—wrapping up on the lower levels and moving upward.  

Every week brings us closer to seeing this building take its final shape!
