May & June Construction Update: North Twenty Place

We are hitting some exciting strides at North Twenty Place as we head into summer! The roof is officially complete, and exterior siding is now over 50% finished, giving the building a polished, complete look.
Inside the building, progress is happening on every level:
- Second Floor: Drywall taping is wrapped up and preparing for finishes.
- Third Floor: All mechanical and electrical rough-ins are complete, and prepping for drywall is underway.
- Fourth Floor: Ceiling boarding and taping are actively in progress.
Our next major milestone is the pouring of the Gypcrete underlayment at the end of June. Once poured and cured, it opens the doors for interior flooring, cabinet installations, and paint!

Things are moving full steam ahead at North Twenty Place! The roof sheathing has been finished, the waterproof membrane is firmly in place, and shingle installation is ready to go as soon as the spring thaw lets up. The siding team has also arrived on site, and installation is already well underway on the south wall.
