Meadow Brook Heights – Breaking Ground Soon! Exciting times ahead at Meadow Brook Heights!

Things are moving full steam ahead at North Twenty Place! The roof sheathing has been finished, the waterproof membrane is firmly in place, and shingle installation is ready to go as soon as the spring thaw lets up. The siding team has also arrived on site, and installation is already well underway on the south wall.

We're excited to bring you the first construction update for Corman Heights!

Meadow Brook Heights – Kicking Off in Brooks! Why Brooks? It all started with a drive between Medicine Hat and Calgary.

We're in the home stretch, and the team has been busy getting everything ready for move-ins.

It’s been a chilly few weeks—so cold, in fact, that we briefly held the title of the coldest place on Earth!
